Vancouver Foodsters Tasting Plates Yaletown on October 15

Tantalize your taste buds at several restaurants in the Yaletown neighborhood downtown Vancouver. This tasting extravaganza goes from 6pm until 9:30pm and is presented by Vancouver Foodster.

Each restaurant will be serving up Tasting Plates for guests to enjoy and you will have a chance to visit many different types of restaurants and cafes throughout the event, meet some new food loving friends, meet the chefs, and learn about each of the participating restaurants.

Going to Vancouver Foodster’s Tasting Plates around town is always fun.  I am getting to try food from new restaurants to me, and that I would want to visit in the future.  Here is the latest Tasting Plates, coming up on Oct 6 in Kitsilano.  Details from Vancouver Foodster are below.  Get your tickets soon before they sell out.

FYI, I’ve eaten at the Guanaco Food Truck and they make really tasty Salvadorian food.

Tasting Plates West 4th editionPrepare to experience some of the newest and tastiest offerings on Sunday October 6 from 4 pm to 9 pm as Vancouver Foodster, Vancouver’s essential online food and drink guide, presents Tasting Plates West 4th in the Kitsilano neighborhood.This event is the highlight of Feast of 4th, as part of their 13 day restaurants festival in their neighborhood.


Participating restaurants will offer tasting plates of their food to the guests, thereby showcasing their restaurant and promoting their food and chefs.

The event is a roving tour that brings guests to the participating restaurants, cafes, deli & food trucks, throughout the event and they will by moped, bike, driving, walking, roller skates, skateboarding or carpooling. around the 4th Avenue neighborhood from Burrard to Vine..

The Khatsahlano Art + Music Festival Food Preview

The Khatsahlano Art + Music Festival is this Saturday, July 13, 11am to 9pm.  A grand street party that is free to attend.  Stages with music from 50 Vancouver musicians. Lots of local artists and street performers too.  With all these activities you will be hungry and thirsty. I attended a preview of some of the participating restaurants today.  Enjoy the pictures below AND attend the festival this Saturday.  It will be a beautiful sunny day.
