Julia Child’s Special Theme Dinners at Bistro Pastis Till September

Just when you think it couldn’t get any better, Bistro Pastis sent me this email advising me that they will be celebrating Julia Child‘s centenary now through to early September, with new menus every two weeks.  So if you missed Menu #1, below is Menu #2 that starts today.  Maybe have a Julia Child’s pilgrimage to Bistro Pastis every other week?  Sounds fun to me.  You will see in the menu below, it shows the cookbook page of each item.  Nice.


We continue the summer-long celebration of her centenary with a second menu inspired by recipes found in Mastering the Art of French Cooking: Menus will change every two weeks from now through early September.
