The Grand Taste at the Taste of Tulalip on Nov 12 should be amazing, with over 100 wineries (65 WA, 20 Napa, 20 Italian) with multiple food stations throughout. I think this event has something for everyone, so if you are a wine person, or a foodie, or both, there will be lots to enjoy. Some teasers of the food and wine that you could enjoy at the Grand Taste.

  • Seafood Cobb Salad Shaker with Handmade Chanterelle Mushroom Tortellini with local blue cheese, hazelnuts, olives, roasted fennel, winter squash, mascarpone sage sauce
  • Dungeness Crab Pot Pie with roasted corn, potato, shallot, dungeness crab bisque
  • Wagyu New York Strip with mache, fresh beets, sherry vinaigrette, almond butter
  • Caramelized Scallop with sweet potato puree, bulls blood micro greens, bourbon macerated madagascar, vanilla bean champagne beurre blanc, cinnamon dusted onion
