I recently received this notice from the Pinot Days people. If you are going to be in the San Francisco area on August 20-22, 2010, you may want to attend. FYI, the Russian River Valley produces some very elegant Pinot Noir wine. Here’s the notice:
We wanted to let you all know about the upcoming Grape to Glass Weekend in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Why? Because it’s also Pinot Country, where many of our favorite producers turn the noble grape into great wine! While there are sure to be a number of other grape varieties represented at Grape to Glass, we suggest that you skip straight to the pinot and dive in! Steve and I will look for you there.
